RAGTAG: The SERVOLUTIONIST of PASA LOVE

I love to call my team “ragtag.” These are the SERVOLUTIONIST of our church: FULL LIFE BAPTIST FELLOWSHIP. These are the men and women, both young and old who would give their precious time and effort during PASA LOVE activities.

I call them ragtag because we are a bunch of people who are simply finding our way through life with the help of Jesus Christ.  We’re not perfect people. We make terrible mistakes. And sometimes big ones. And yet we chose to believe a loving Father who is broken over sins and gives second chances.

We’re not rich either. Most of us (probably 90%) have financial issues. There are bills to pay and kids that goes to school. There are things to buy and there are needs to fill.

Some of us even goes through relational problems that create deep wounds.  Some have just personal issues crying silently waiting for answers that may never come or they may never like.

And yet for this night they chose to serve God – they chose the better part. It’s not about forgetting what we are going through, but lifting everything we have and we are to God knowing full well, He will redeem, He will conquer, He will provide and He only has the best plans for us.

I’ve been vocal in saying that I love my team. I really do! What would PASA LOVE be without them? Love you all.
